La Graciosa can be considered the secret eighth island of the canaries. It is situated off the north west coast of Lanzarote.  It's volcanic and dessert landscape remind one of the valley of tranquility, the inner peace we all reach for and encounter on this island. Night life, can be found on a friday or saturday evening in the village disco pub "Bar La Graciosa". The two local grocery stores and the bakery supply all you need for a nice breakfast or evening dinner on the terrace. Also enjoy the fresh fish and other typical canarian dishes at one of the five small restaurants or simply watch the sun set at the harbour with a couple of tapas.
